PhilaSUG Fall Meeting '00 Announcement

The Philadelphia Area SAS Users Group Fall Meeting '00 will be held on Thursday, November 18, 1999 at 1:00 PM and will be hosted by

at their Upper Providence site. The site is located near the intersection of Routes 422 and 29, midway between Phoenixville and Collegeville, PA. From that intersection proceed south on Route 29. SmithKline will be on the left.

SAS is offering a 15% discount on SAS manuals and Books by Users books purchased on the day of our conference. PLEASE NOTE: SAS accepts credit cards or purchase orders only. YOU WILL NEED YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER or a PURCHASE ORDER (pre-payment)--no cash or checks please. (If you opt to take the order form back to your office for processing, a check may be submitted with the order and will need to be turned in within two weeks following the meeting to receive the discount.)

We will have catalogs and order forms available at the November 18 meeting. Be sure to attend so you can take advantage of the 15% savings!

Registration will begin at 12:30 PM and the meeting will commence at 1 PM. Please try to arrive a bit early to register as this will allow the meeting to promptly begin. This is the third meeting of 1999. Those who have already paid dues need only show their membership card; all others must register and pay dues. Dues for the year are $20 and there are no other fees for attending PhilaSUG meetings. We will accept cash, but a check is preferred. If you are a student with a current matriculation card we charge $5.00 per event. Registration can be made easier if you attach a business card to a check or cash as there is less writing to do and it is more legible.

Please do not pre-register, this creates unnecessary paper work. Receipts and membership cards will be available at registration time.

The PhilaSUG Executive Committee wishes to thank the management and staff of SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals for hosting this meeting and providing refreshments, and Diane Miller of SmithKline Beecham for her assistance in making this possible. . We would also wish to thank Diane Foose and John Dennis for their efforts to coordinate the meeting.
